I have bought several European appliances over many years from BAS and my latest experience was as good as the first. I had a slide-out rangehood (originally bought through BAS) which had finally died after 13 years of solid use, and I wanted a direct replacement. Martin from BAS took it on board since the original maker was no longer making rangehoods. He was due to go off for surgery the next day but made sure he got back to me the same day and we discussed the alternative. He found the details of dimensions so it could be a direct replacement and gave the contact details of an installer who could fit it. I phoned the next morning, and it was ordered and delivered by Miele two days later!It is that personal attention from a small business that makes all the difference. ★★★★★ Was an absolute pleasure visiting Brisbane Appliance Sales and meeting with Daniel and colleage David.
