Everything ran so smoothly—from my initial enquiry through to delivery—and the communication was excellent throughout. Every promise was kept, and the whole process was completely stress-free.

I recently bought my kitchen appliances from 'Brisbane Appliance Sales' in Brisbane. Not only was the online process easy, the communication that followed was first class. I was contacted by Daniel, the business Manager who attended to every aspect of my order, from the product selection to the delivery which was to Toowoomba, approximately 2 hours away from the Brisbane Appliance warehouse. The delivery was almost complimentary which again, was a favourable bonus to the already saving of nearly $5000 on all products. Whilst doing business online may seem a novel way to shop for some, I thoroughly recommend that you give Brisbane Appliance Sales the opportunity to cater for your next renovation project. I have just completed an entire unit renovation in Brisbane while living interstate. The Brisbane Appliance Sales Team, and in particular Jesse, has been first class from the appliance selection process all the way through to the delivery. I had an akward narrow benchtop and Brisbane Appliance Sales came up with the perfect solution for my cooktop. I had tried at other places but they were not able to help. Brisbane Appliance Sales were able to solve this dilemma very quickly and with goods option.

Once you step inside you’ll be surprised with the massive display area and variety of products.
An in store representative will be prompt to attend to you. In my case it was Jesse whose friendly disposition and wonderful product knowledge was able to advise me to make an informed decision on the appliances I wanted.
His advice was spot on and all my questions and concerns were answered.
The delivery of my appliances was executed with ease and clarity of time frame.

I had a great experience using Brisbane Appliance Sales recently, I needed to replace an under sink hot water tank. Amazing! I emailed Sunday night, got a phone call 9.30 Monday morning saying that they didn't stock that tank but would order it in.
On Friday I got another call to say the tank was there and could be picked up over the weekend.
The customer service was excellent, the price was right and even better - it was the right tank! Tanks a lot!

We were referred to Brisbane Appliances by our daughter-in-law and how pleased we are she did! Brisbane Appliances have been wonderful support for us as we build a new home in Maleny by arranging warehousing with the supplier following delays in construction. Our contact has been Shawn who has exceptional product knowledge and he individualizes their suitability for each clients real rather than perceived needs. Shawn is understated but his overall knowledge quickly impresses as does his integrity and dependability. Brisbane Appliances have a great culture which is quickly evident when dealing with their staff either by phone or in-person. We will be going no further than Brisbane Appliances for our future appliance needs and have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had been exploring different retailers trying to decide which 90cm induction-top free standing stove to purchase, with often conflicting advice from a range of sales staff. When we found Brisbane Appliance Sales, we found the range of options we were looking for on display and the service was excellent. Friendly helpful service buying a dishwasher. Had almost ordered online, sight unseen, but decided to pop into the store to have a look at the model I had my eye on. Staff advised me on a few potential issues to check with sizing, which turned out to work perfectly in my space, but I hadn't realised it was a potential issue. Will likely order our next appliances here and support a local business. We are 4 days into using our XXL Miele dishwasher and so far its great.

I recently bought an oven and rangehood from Brisbane Appliance Sales. Any questions I had were answered promptly and the appliances were delivered quickly.
I am 64 years old and Brisbane Appliance Store is the best appliance store I have ever bought an appliance from. I ordered my washing machine over the phone due to living so far away. I actually spoke to the Daniel, who I didn't know at the time was the owner and he was so patient with me and his knowledge was so incredable. He is such a humble guy and his team are so nice. I rang up the next day to discuss when we were going to pick up the washing machine and spoke to Shawn who was also very helpful and professional. Then we met Simon when we picked the machine up who helped us put it on the ute. Every person I engaged with were so respectful. I live on an island and they would have got it delivered to us but we wanted to pick it up. All of them were so helpful. It was also the best price I could find for that washing machine. They actually value their custoners. All ll I can say is they tick, tick, tick all the boxes.
