Had a fantastic experience. I wanted a specific fridge but could only find 3 in the country as it was a discontinued model, and only one in the colour I was after, fortunately BAS had the fridge, but I live in Sydney. I spoke with Jesse who was happy to arrange delivery and had the presence of mind to tell me the weight and if I could move it myself, suggesting I may need a mate given it will be delivered by a freight company to my footpath, not a full service department store into my home. I paid for the fridge and delivery. Shortly after I needed to alter the delivery address and have it delivered earlier given I was moving. Jesse was only to happy to update the address and reschedule. It was picked up from BAS on Thursday 16 Jan 25 and delivered this morning, Tuesday 21 Jan 25. I couldn't have asked for better service and support from Jesse and the team at BAS.

When I collected the item staff were warm and welcoming - I felt comfortable wandering the store, marvelling at the range of beautiful appliances, without being stalked by pushy salespeople.
