I am 64 years old and Brisbane Appliance Store is the best appliance store I have ever bought an appliance from. I ordered my washing machine over the phone due to living so far away. I actually spoke to the Daniel, who I didn't know at the time was the owner and he was so patient with me and his knowledge was so incredable. He is such a humble guy and his team are so nice. I rang up the next day to discuss when we were going to pick up the washing machine and spoke to Shawn who was also very helpful and professional. Then we met Simon when we picked the machine up who helped us put it on the ute. Every person I engaged with were so respectful. I live on an island and they would have got it delivered to us but we wanted to pick it up. All of them were so helpful. It was also the best price I could find for that washing machine. They actually value their custoners. All ll I can say is they tick, tick, tick all the boxes.
