I recently purchased a rangehood and cooktop from Brisbane Appliance Sales and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful both during the purchase and at pickup. They were also happy to hold my items until I was ready to start my renovations, which I really appreciated. Pickup was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Very helpful staff and great range of appliances. I purchased a non-plumbed 4 door fridge during the Black Friday sales and they allowed me to delay delivery whilst my kitchen was being renovated. I later discovered after the cabinets were dismantled that there was a tap in the wall which allowed connection for a plumbed fridge. Brisbane Appliance Sales were very accommodating and allowed me to change my purchase to a plumbed water and ice making french door fridge which was what I've always wanted. My kitchen renovation dragged on longer than expected and the store were so kind to store the fridge in their warehouse for 4 months. Will definitely shop here again for future appliances.

Informative website, with even better customer service. Ordered a dishwasher on sale with no stock. They locked in the price with small deposit. No other store would offer such %deposit to secure future item. Paperwork on point. Communication excellent. Helped load on ute. Thankyou.

Recently bought a bar fridge and then a dryer from BAS via their online shop. I called the store for advice and they were very helpful and not at all pushy and then when I ordered online they called me same day to confirm order and advise delivery, Very good service, items delivered very quickly with very good communication and everyone we dealt with was so professional and nice to deal with... a breath of fresh air in todays online buying world where customer service is a dying skill. Great service and attention to detail
I have not bought a single thing from Brisbane Appliance Sales, but they have stuck by me for over a year with TRULY EXCEPTIONAL customer service from a Sales Consultant named Ty Southwick. I'm building a house and there has never been any pressure to buy but instead phone calls and emails filled with useful information to help my decision making. If you are looking for appliances PLEASE go and ask for Ty Southwick - you will not be disappointed in the old school actual customer service offered !
