Brisbane Appliance Sales is an awesome family owned and operated business!! I purchased an appliance online, and could not fault their processes. Communication was great, both by email and in person. I loved that when I rang to arrange collection Danial recognised my name and knew my order. When I collected the item staff were warm and welcoming - I felt comfortable wandering the store, marvelling at the range of beautiful appliances, without being stalked by pushy salespeople. The perfect balance of excellent service!!
