Our experienced staff will take particular care of your products both during warehousing and storage as well as delivery to ensure your goods arrive correctly and worry free. Our in-house delivery team are experts in the careful handling required of your premium appliances, they will gladly work with you to ensure a smooth delivery that suits your schedule.

  • Sensitive items are even checked immediately on delivery to ensure their condition.
  • We deliver throughout Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast and can also arrange shipping interstate and overseas through our trusted courier network.
  • Our dedicated delivery team will make every effort to ensure your order arrives on a day best suited to you and can even contact you in advance to confirm our delivery schedule. We deliver Monday through Friday from 6:30am.

(*)Applies to Brisbane Appliance Sales’ contracted drivers. Select suppliers arrange direct delivery with their own carriers & will co-ordinate this directly with you.


We take pride in our extensive after sales service and can even offer you an installation service on all appliances **. Simply ask our staff for information particular to your requirements during your purchase, we offer an in-house installation service on most items and also have a number of recommended installers available to you.

On request we can also unpack goods at the time of delivery and remove the packaging for you. In order to ensure your new appliances are not damaged while waiting to be installed this service applies only where we install the product at the time of delivery. If you receive your goods prior to having them installed, we recommend leaving packaging intact to prevent damage.

While onsite, we can remove your old appliance from the house, at a small extra cost.*

*Please note, all items for removal must be already disconnected and available for removal at the same time as delivery of your new appliance.
