Brisbane Appliance Sales has been operating since 1989 a third generation family owned company, we are Queensland’s leading kitchen and laundry appliance specialist – offering traditional value and service in a spacious, single level, state of the art showroom.

With over fifty major suppliers and hundreds of models on display, our extensive range is regularly changing to keep up to date with the latest technologies and innovative trends – therefore we encourage you to visit us in store to fully benefit from the inspiring ideas and practical advice our highly trained consultants can offer you. Visiting the showroom allows you the luxury of testing, tasting and thoroughly understanding the appliances full functionality rather than depending solely on website images to make your decisions.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast but we can also arrange shipping interstate and overseas through our trusted courier network.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery within Brisbane Metro areas is just $55; however this is subject to variation due to factors such as location, size and type of your order and other circumstances such as delivery promotions from specific suppliers. Talk to our consultants in store for more information regarding your delivery requirements.

Can I specify a time for delivery?

Our dedicated delivery team will make every effort to ensure your delivery arrives at a time suited to you and can even contact you in advance to confirm our delivery schedule.*

We deliver Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm
*Brisbane Southside in the morning
*Brisbane Northside in the afternoon
(*) Applies to Brisbane Appliance Sales’ contracted drivers. Some suppliers arrange delivery with their own carriers & they will arrange a time directly with you.

Do you offer interest free payment options or finance?

BAS currently has arrangements with HSBC and GE Finance to allow you the flexibility of having your new appliances today and paying for them later. Speak with our consultants about current promotions and interest free terms. (approved customers only, standard lending criteria apply)

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
While we stock an extensive range in store, some special order items may be sourced from our suppliers within 5-7 business days. BAS recommend placing your order well ahead of schedule, to ensure all stock is available on the day of installation.
Custom made items such as special size or colour may take up to 14 weeks to arrive from overseas.

Do you stock spare parts for my appliances?

Consumables such as water filter cartridges, dishwasher salt and cleaning products are always available in store.

However, due to the extensive range of brands and models we keep, BAS recommend contacting the Manufacturer’s Authorised Service Agent for all spare parts and servicing. Click for a full list of our suppliers Authorised Service agents.

If I need my appliances serviced, who do I contact?

For service both in and out of Warranty periods we always recommend the Manufacturer’s Authorised Service Agent. You can find your agent for service listed HERE.
